I'm Jo Ellen Verna, and I'm thrilled to be returning as your photographer for Extraordinary Women on Boards – Discover 2025.
I can't wait to reconnect with those I photographed last year and meet new faces joining us this year. Together, we'll create a collection of images that celebrate your confidence and reflect your professionalism, presence, and unique style.
In today's digital world, your photo is often the very first introduction you make. A single headshot can open doors—but having multiple portraits allows you to discover the right image for each platform, moment, and audience. Imagine having a portfolio of images where you love how you look in every single one.
Many participants last year were amazed at how different—and how powerful—they looked across their various portraits. They left our sessions feeling more confident than when they arrived. This year, I look forward to helping you discover even more dimensions of your authentic self—from polished boardroom-ready headshots to approachable, modern branding portraits that capture the leader you truly are.
My goal? For you to walk away with images you're genuinely excited to use and share.
Below, you'll find everything you need to prepare for your session, along with the What to Wear Guide to help you plan confidently.
